We take authenticity seriously. Most of our signings are authenticated by well-known companies such as James Spence Authentication (JSA) and Beckett Authentication Services.

It depends on the signing. If the signing specifies that flat Funko Pops count as Small 3D, then follow that. If it doesn’t mention anything, you can send a flat Funko Pop as flat, up to 11x14 in size.
Yes, shipping the Funko Pop box flat is perfectly fine and is often safer. This helps reduce the risk of damage during shipping and can also lower shipping costs.
No, we have a wide selection of pens at the signing events, ranging in type and color. If you have specific preferences, like pen type or color, you can include them in the text box in your cart.
While you’re welcome to send your own pen, we cannot guarantee its return or use.
We cannot accept messages, gifts, or personal items for the signer.

Yes, of course! You can absolutely add multiple signers to the same item. Simply checkout for one signer first, then select "Add to Existing StarSpot Order" when placing the order for the next signer.
If there are any shipping or handling costs leftover after everything has been processed, you will be refunded once the shipping process has been completed.
We unfortunately cannot individually confirm every send-in arrival. We recommend keeping your tracking number when you ship your item. If the tracking shows “delivered,” then we are most likely already in possession of your item.
If anything seems to be missing, we will reach out to you directly in a timely manner.
Autograph Signings
Yes! All our signings are highly limited due to the exclusive nature of the events and the limited availability of the talent. We recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your spot.
Absolutely! This is referred to as a "Send-In" You'll be able to mail your own memorabilia, and we’ll have it signed during the event.
For security reasons, we do not disclose the exact date or location of the signings. This helps protect the talent, our team, and your items. Once the signing is complete, we’ll make an official announcement.
We cannot guarantee a photo of the signer signing your specific item. However, we always aim to include photos of the talent signing autographs, which you can view on our showcase page.

For some signings we will offer video shoutouts, where you will be able to see your item get signed virtually!
Unfortunately, due to the private nature of these events, we cannot allow live viewing of the signing process. However, we take numerous photos of the talent during the signing, which we share with our customers afterward, so you’ll be able to see the event in action!

We have a wide variety of markers and colors in all sizes available for our signings. This includes standard Sharpies as well as paint pens. For paint pens, we primarily use Uni Paint Pens, which are great for creating bold and long-lasting autographs.
Shipping
Once the signing is complete, we begin the process of shipping your item(s) as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the location and number of items being processed, but rest assured, we aim to get everything to you in a timely manner.
For inventory, we usually ship out within 7 business days however times may vary.
