How to Send-In your own item(s)

Follow these steps to make sure your item is safely received, signed, and returned:

Step 1: Place an Order

Visit our website, find the signing event you’re interested in, and place your order for the autograph or add-ons you’d like.

Step 2: Label Your Item

On the back of your item, attach a note with:

  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Order Number

If you'd like the autograph placed in a specific spot, draw arrows pointing to the preferred location. If you’ve purchased any add-ons or want an authentication sticker (if ordered), mention that too and use arrows to indicate placement.

Step 3: Package and Send

Carefully package your labeled item and send it to the address provided in the signing’s description. Make sure it arrives before the listed deadline. We’ll handle the rest!

Tips for a Successful Send-In

  • Use Painters Tape: It’s gentler on your items than regular tape.
  • Track Your Package: You’re responsible for tracking your item, so always use a tracking number.
  • Shipping Covered: Return shipping is taken care of during checkout, so rest assured, StarSpot will handle getting your item back to you.
  • Pack with Care: Make sure your item is well-protected for safe transit.
  • Respect Signing Rules: Only include quotes or personalizations you’ve paid for.
  • Plan Ahead: Ship on time to avoid missing out on the signing! 😉

Once your item is signed and shipped back, you’ll receive a notification with tracking.
