Terms of Service for StarSpot

By participating in any autograph signing or send-in opportunity presented by StarSpot, you agree to the following terms:

Care for Your Items
You acknowledge that StarSpot, its owners, and any participating celebrity talent (along with their affiliated entities) are not responsible for any loss or damage to items you send in for signing. Damage may occur during shipping, handling, or repackaging of items for return. You understand that fragile or vintage items that show signs of wear may be further damaged. It is solely your risk that any and all items are sent in for signing.

Payment & Shipping
You agree to pay the full amount for all items being signed at the rates published, which includes signature fees and shipping costs. You understand that no refunds will be issued unless the signing is canceled. In the event of a cancellation, all signature fees will be refunded, but you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return your items. You are also responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your country on shipments to and from StarSpot.

Labeling Your Items
You understand that all items must be clearly labeled for identification and signing purposes. If you fail to label your items (e.g., by including a note with your name), StarSpot reserves the right to label them as deemed appropriate. Attempting to label items for additional services not paid for will be considered an attempt at theft, and your order may be canceled or held until all outstanding balances are resolved. You may request a specific pen color and signature location, but understand that these requests may not always be fulfilled.

Mistakes & Errors
You acknowledge that mistakes, such as spelling errors, smudges, creases, and placement or color errors, can occur. While StarSpot will make every effort to address these issues, you agree not to hold them liable for any errors that may occur. You release StarSpot from all liability associated with this signing, and all items are sent at your own risk.

Cancellations
If StarSpot or talent cancels a signing for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Customer-initiated cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee, so please only place an order if you intend to keep it. Items that are personalized are non-refundable, and shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable. Canceled send-in items will be returned at your expense after the signing is completed.

GPS Trackers
Sending GPS trackers with send-in items is strictly prohibited. All packages are scanned for GPS trackers upon arrival, and any detected devices will be disabled and removed immediately. If your package contains a GPS tracker, your order will be canceled, and your items will be returned at your expense. We take this security very seriously and appreciate your cooperation.

Additional Shipping Charges 

In the event of any miscalculation or additional costs associated with shipping (e.g., due to weight, dimensions, or international shipping adjustments), StarSpot reserves the right to invoice the customer for these additional charges. The customer will be notified in advance, and the items will only be shipped once the outstanding balance is settled.

Unclaimed Items
It is your responsibility to provide and maintain up-to-date contact information, including your email address and phone number. Failure to include proper contact details or to respond to inquiries may result in your item being deemed unclaimed. If an item remains unclaimed for a period of ninety (90) days, it will become the property of StarSpot and may be disposed of or handled as we deem appropriate.

Mail Your Items
Please securely package and mail all send-in items to the address specified on the signing order page.
