With the new Signing Status page, you can now easily stay up to date on your send-ins, pre-orders, and upcoming signings—all in one place.

What is the Signing Status page?

The Signing Status page gives you a clear overview of:

• The current status of active signings

• Where your send-in or pre-order is in the process

• Updates on upcoming signings and timelines

No more guessing or searching through emails—just quick, transparent updates.

Important note about signing dates

For privacy reasons, we never share exact signing dates. This helps protect the talent we work with and ensures signings can run smoothly.

That said, rest assured: we don’t want to hold your items any longer than necessary. Once a signing is completed, all items are prepared and shipped out as quickly as possible.

Why we added this

At StarSpot, transparency and communication are important to us. Signings involve multiple steps, from shipping and signing to returns and authentication. This new page helps set clear expectations and keeps you informed every step of the way—without compromising privacy.
